My name is Ivona Hadzhiyska and I'm a UX Designer and Junior Frontent Web Developer based in Birmingham, UK. I'm a fresh BA (Hons) Media and Communication graduate of Birmingham City University. In my period of study I have explored the essential theory and practice of Frontent development, UX and UI design, Visual design, Public Relations and Enterpreneurship. I am passionate about creative work and I like the abstract. My ultimate goal is to represent the character of your product with my design by developing simple, unique and functional websites. My various experiences have developed a range of expertise that I apply in my projects. Starting with my role as a Public Relations intern in the Bulgarian National Television, where I put in practice the theory of various PR techniques and developed understanding of User Experience Design by creating a sitemap for their website. Following my role as a marketing intern in the Birmingham City University Students' Union(BCUSU), where I produced creative content for a variety of social media channels, which improved my expertise with software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Lastly, my role as a Sport Manager for BCU Active gave me the opportunity to improve my knowledge for User Experience and audience research as well as my technical knowledge.
